While everyone at the hospital is dealing with their own struggles, the heaviest burden once again rests on Bahar’s shoulders. As Bahar works to reunite the quintuplets with their mother, she learns of Rengin’s terminal illness. Seren’s move also causes her to worry that Aziz Uras is losing control. Yet Uras has already made a decision that no one could have predicted. Amid all the chaos, Bahar’s top priority is Rengin. She asks Harun to save him; this is a difficult test both medically and emotionally. As Bahar tries to convince Rengin to undergo surgery, she is shaken by his unexpected request and is forced to make a critical decision. Meanwhile, Parla’s discovery of a truth that had been hidden from her further complicates matters. Parla’s sudden plunge into a life-threatening situation puts Bahar through her toughest test yet—both as a mother and as a doctor. And the looming danger at the hospital drags Bahar into a battle where she must pull not just a patient, but her loved ones—starting with Evren—back from the brink of death.
When Bahar faces death, she will discover a different side of her family—which appears “perfect” from the outside—and especially of her husband, Timur. Bahar’s sudden illness will change all the dynamics within the family. Throughout this process, Evren will become Timur’s rival in every sense. Bahar’s journey to rebuild her life, however, will often inspire hope in viewers through a series of tragicomic stories.
