Born in Ankara in 1983. He graduated from Hacettepe University Theater Department. Uygar Özçelik, who is actively involved in theater, has taken part in many series such as Kaybolan Yıllar, Fi and Şeref Meselesi, İstanbullu Gelin, Gülperi, Alparslan Büyük Selçuklu, Asaf since 2006, as well as theater plays in which he worked as a director and actor.
Uygar Özçelik increased his popularity with his character "Ejder" in the series Genco. The audience recognized him with the character of "Avşar" in the series "Lost Years". He continues to take part in new projects.
