Tülay Bursa (b. 1958), Turkish theater, film and TV series actress, voice actress.

In 1977, he graduated from the Ankara State Conservatory Theater Department and joined the staff of the General Directorate of State Theaters as an actor. He presented some episodes of TRT Children's Hour together with Tarık Ünlüoğlu. In addition to theater plays, the artist also took part in musical productions and appeared in front of the camera and starred in cinema and series films. Tülay Bursa also does voice-over work. The artist, who is the ex-wife of Levent Ülgen, is actively involved in the work of Non-Governmental Organizations. She played the character of Nermin in the TV series Baba Candır, which aired on TRT 1 between 2015-2017. Finally, she played the character of Şennur in the series Masumlar Apartmanı broadcast on TRT 1.
