Biography

Nurseli Çamlıbel (born October 6, 1960, Istanbul) is a Turkish theater and cinema actress.
Her father Faruk Nafiz Çamlıbel was an immigrant from Xanthi and her mother Deniz Çamlıbel was from Kırklareli. While studying in the Science Department of Pendik High School, she joined the theater branch of the school. She makes her debut in the inter-high school theater play. Although her role was 2 minutes long, she won the best actress award. Mümtaz Soysal even wrote a column praising her. After graduating from Ankara State Conservatory Department of Theater and Hacettepe University Faculty of Literature Department of Archeology and Art History, she started her career in 1981 by working at AST. During this period, she worked as Attilâ İlhan's secretary. He worked in Ankara and Istanbul State Theaters and Istanbul City Theaters. With the guidance of Okan Uysaler, he presented the game show Hide and Seek on television. In 1993, he worked as a news reporter. In 2008, he was taken into custody within the scope of Ergenekon cases. He is still a member of the Theater Istanbul staff and acts in movies and TV series.
