Hakan Gerçek (b. March 5, 1964, Eskişehir) is a Turkish theater, film, voice actor and TV series actor and theater director.

He attended primary, secondary and high school in Eskişehir. In 1988, he graduated from Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory Theater Department. In 1986, he started working as an actor at Kent Players. Until 2008, he took part in many plays in this institution. From time to time, he worked as an actor and director in other private theaters (Tiyato Alkış, Aysa Production Theater). In 2008, he founded his own theater under the name Tiyatro Gerçek. He also gave poetry performances under the direction of Atilla Birkiye at İş Sanat Poetry Nights for years. He has been working in many cinema, television and voice-over works.

For a period of time, he gave stage lessons at Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory Theater Department. He also gave stage lessons at Istanbul Academy and Akademi Kenter.
