Bihter Özdemir Dinçel (born March 3, 1982, Diyarbakır), Turkish TV series and theater actress, writer.
She graduated from Ege University, Department of Philosophy. Originally a theater actress, Bihter Özdemir became famous with her character "Zeynep Hacer Aksoy" in the TV series Avrupa Yakası. She grew up in BKM Mutfak. She played in the series Dudaktan Kalbe, written and directed by Ülkü Erakalın. She worked at Izmir State Theater for 5 years. She acted in her own plays "Hiç", "Bak Bir Bulut Ağlıyor", "Ayna Ayna" and "Evcilik". "Ayna Ayna" has been staged many times in Izmir and Istanbul.

In 2007, Bihter Özdemir, who played the role of Zeynep in European Side, married Barış Dinçel, the stage designer son of actor Savaş Dinçel, in June 2008. Özdemir, whose essays and articles have been published in various magazines, has also worked on two commercials (İstikbal Mobilya and Fortis Bank).

Between 2009 and 2011, she played the character of Nazan in the series Geniş Aile, which aired on Kanal D and Star TV. In 2011, they had a son named Yağmur Ali. She continues to meet with the audience on television screens and in front of the theater screen.
