This website (hereinafter referred to as the “ Site ”) belongs to MF Yapım Televizyon ve Filmcilik A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “MF Yapım”) and by using this Site, accessing the Site and benefiting from the services offered on the Site, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms of use.
This agreement includes the MF Yapım Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy and KVKK Policy, Cookie Policy and any additional agreements and terms (“Agreements”) as specified in the Entirety of Agreements article. MF Yapım reserves the right to change these terms of use and all services, products, contracts and forms available on the Site, as well as to reorganize the site and to cease publication. The relevant changes shall enter into force as of the date of publication on the Site.
By continuing to use the website, you will be deemed to have reaffirmed and declared that you accept the Terms of Use in effect as of the date of your use.
- General Provisions
MF Yapım constantly checks the accuracy and currency of the information available on the Site. However, despite the efforts made, the information on the Site may lag behind actual changes. The materials and information included in the Site content are provided at the time they are provided to the Site, and there may be differences between the current status of the relevant service or information and the status on the Site. No express or implied guarantee or commitment is made regarding the currency, accuracy, conditions, quality, performance, marketability, suitability for a particular purpose of the information on the Site, and the effect of MF Yapım on other information, services or products available on the Site, including but not limited to, related or independent of these, and their completeness.
Except for User Content, all intellectual property rights to the materials on the website belong to MF Yapım or MF Yapım has obtained a valid usage right from a third party to use these materials on the website. You do not have the right to resell, process, share, distribute, exhibit MF Yapım services, MF Yapım information and MF Yapım's copyrighted works or allow anyone else to access or use MF Yapım's services. People who visit the MF Yapım website by making a purchase or without making a purchase (" User ") or people who fill out the application form on the website and approve the memberships offered by MF Yapım (" Member ") accept that the files, information and documents on the Site, which are available for download and/or sharing, may not be free from viruses, worms, trojan horses, dialers, spam, spyware or any other malicious and damaging codes or materials, and that the Site does not provide any guarantee in this regard. It is the sole responsibility of the User and the Member to meet all software and hardware needs, maintain and update them in order to prevent such malicious and damaging programs, codes or materials, ensure the accuracy of data input and output or recover any lost data. MF Yapım is not responsible for any damages that may be incurred by the User, Member or third parties due to data inaccuracies or losses that may be caused by such malicious programs, codes or materials. You acknowledge and agree that you do not own the software or other digital content (“ Products ”) including applications that you download from this website and that MF Yapım does not transfer ownership of these Products to you. You are prohibited from redistributing, selling, decompiling, reverse engineering, converting from machine code to symbolic code or otherwise reducing the Products to a readable form.

MF Yapım, the institutions it cooperates with, MF Yapım employees and managers, MF Yapım authorized dealers have no responsibility for the services provided and content published by third parties within the site. The accuracy and legality of the information, content, visual and audio images provided and published by any third party is the sole responsibility of the third parties performing these actions. MF Yapım does not guarantee the security, accuracy, and legality of the services and content provided by third parties.
Users of the Site may only perform transactions on the Site for legal and personal purposes. The legal and criminal responsibilities of Users and Members for every transaction and action they perform on the Site belong to them. Each User and Member undertakes not to engage in any activity that would constitute an infringement on the rights of MF Yapım and/or any other third party. MF Yapım has no direct and/or indirect responsibility for any damages suffered or that third parties may suffer due to the activities of Users and Members on the Site.
MF Yapım may use the information sent to it by Users and Members through the Site in accordance with the provisions of the “Privacy and KVKK Policy” , process this information in accordance with this Agreement and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, classify and store it in a database. Your personal information will not be disclosed to real or legal third parties except upon the request of the authorities authorized by law and in the cases listed in the Privacy and KVKK Policy. We kindly ask you to review the Privacy and KVKK Policy for detailed information.
- Notifications and Messages
With membership, you accept that we can send you notifications and messages from within the MF Yapım website or from the communication channels you have provided to us (e-mail, mobile phone, address, etc.). Therefore, you need to keep your contact information up to date. MF Yapım may also use the User and Member's identity, address, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address, which parts of the Site they have visited, domain type, browser type, date and time of visit, etc. for purposes such as statistical evaluation, announcing campaigns and providing personalized services.
- Limitation of Liability
4.1. No Warranty
This section contains our disclaimers of any legal liability for the quality, security or reliability of our Services.
MF Yapım and its affiliates do not make any commitments or warranties regarding these services, including any commitment that the services will be uninterrupted and error-free, and provide the services (including content and information) “as is” and “as available.” MF Yapım and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of title, accuracy of data, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4.2. No Liability
There are limits to the legal liability we have to you.
To the extent permitted by law (and unless MF Yapım has entered into a different written agreement that overrides this agreement), MF Yapım and its affiliates (and those MF Yapım employs to provide the services) will not be liable to you or others for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or any loss of data, opportunity, reputation, profits or revenue in connection with the services (e.g., for defamatory or derogatory statements, down time or loss, use of or changes to your personal information or content).
- Transfer of Contract
MF Yapım may transfer this agreement partially or in whole at any time without notice. However, USER and MEMBER cannot transfer this agreement or any part of it to another party. Any such transfer attempt is invalid.
6. Force Majeure
In all cases that are legally considered force majeure, MF Yapım is not liable for late performance or non-performance of these "Terms of Use". These and similar situations will not be deemed as delay, non-performance or default on the part of MF Yapım, and MF Yapım will not be liable for any compensation for these situations.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from or related to these "Terms of Use" [whether by contract, tort (including negligence), law or otherwise] are subject to Turkish Law and Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. MF Yapım reserves the right to file a lawsuit in the country where the User and Member are located.
8. Entry into Force and Acceptance
These “Terms of Use” shall enter into force on the date announced by MF Yapım in the Site content. Users and Members accept the provisions of this agreement by using the Site. MF Yapım may make changes to the provisions of this agreement at any time. Changes shall be published on the Site by indicating the version number and the date of change and shall enter into force on the same date.
