Eda did not fall into Balca's trap regarding the tender; however, the fact that the secret partner who came was her grandmother Semiha Hanım shakes Serkan's trust. Serkan leaves the company immediately, Eda runs after him and tries to tell him that she did not know the identity of the secret partner until that day and that minute. Serkan does not listen. Eda does not give up. She goes after Serkan. Semiha Hanım takes advantage of Serkan and Eda's absence and declares a state of emergency in the company. In the meeting she calls everyone to, she says in passing that she threatened Alptekin Bey and that he also escaped abroad. This woman, who has everyone ready in front of her, has Ayfer and Eda's house as her next stop. Aydan is confused about what to do when she sees the divorce agreement from Alptekin, so she immediately goes to Ayfer Hanım. Ayfer devises a quick plan to protect Aydan and Seyfi from her mother's wrath and introduces Aydan as her neighbor Aysun. Eda eventually finds a way to make Serkan listen to her. They both agree that their relationship is worn out. Serkan wants to make a brand new start with the new year. Eda, whose grandmother she wanted to leave behind, fell like a bomb in the middle of her life, has question marks about new beginnings. Will the magic of the new year surround Serkan and Eda? Are brand new beginnings possible? When the clock strikes 12 at night, they agree to inform each other of their decisions about their relationship.
