The story begins one year ago on perhaps the happiest day of Akif's life... On that day, Akif proposes to Zeynep, the woman he loves. Zeynep was engaged to Akif on the same day she first started teaching at Küçükkapı High School. As Zeynep takes her first steps as a The Teacher at Küçükkapı High School, Akif stares at her in love, not knowing that this is the beginning of the end.

A year after this incident, Akif Erdem, a physics The Teacher at Küçükkapı High School, enters class 12A and detonates a bomb that takes the students hostage and severs their connection to the school. No one is harmed in the explosion; the entire 12A class and the security forces will try to find out why Akif did what he did...
