A Miracle 40th Episode Summary: Nazlı, who is suffering from love pain, learns that Ali has moved to a new house and is completely devoted to cases and feels forgotten. Meanwhile, Ali has a completely different problem; it is his strange new neighbor Ezo, and Ali is extremely uncomfortable with him. On the other side, the new chief of surgery Ferda and Ferman find themselves in the middle of a surgical duel again. The fact that one of the cases is a former patient of Tanju's complicates things even more. As the clock ticks down, Nazlı's feelings for Ali and Ferman's for Tanju fill to the brim. Finally, the expected confrontations take place. But these will have unexpected consequences for everyone.
