A Miracle Episode 4 Summary:
Ali and Nazlı go to another hospital to get a donor organ for a liver transplant operation. However, the journey never starts as Nazlı expects and quickly turns into a disaster. At the hospital, Beliz tries to get Ferman into Tanju's surgery in order to secure the surgery of an influential patient. The whole upper echelon gets into an uproar and Açelya's jealousy crisis finally explodes on Ali.
