Heartbeat Part 2 Summary: Eylül is confronted with Ali Asaf after years. As she meets again with the feelings she has been running away from for years, she will never forget her main reason for being in the hospital; to ensure justice for her grandmother. Eylül is in the same hospital with Dr. Sinan Tunç, who performed Gülayşe's surgery, and his daughter Bahar, who is obsessed with Ali Asaf. Bahar, whose high school hatred for Eylül continues, is now much more dangerous. While Eylül fascinates the entire hospital with her extraordinary and impressive interventions in cases, she will also impress Ali Asaf's best friend Dr. Selim and the hospital's successful surgeon Oğuz, who have been protecting and caring for her for years. But this time Ali Asaf has no intention of letting any obstacles stand in his way and kidnapping Eylül. The unresolved past stands against both of them years later.
