Bahar's admission to the hospital comes as a shock to Timur. Now Bahar, Timur, and Aziz Uras are all in the same hospital. Although they work here as a family, they decide to keep their family relationships private. Timur and Rengin begin making plans to send Bahar away. The person who will support Bahar in the hospital and be of the most help to her will once again be Evren. Meanwhile, Bahar tries to get used to her dual life as an assistant doctor at the hospital and a mother at home. Nevra continues to blame Bahar for being a bad mother and puts pressure on her. The fact that Bahar's first shift at the hospital coincides with Umay's birthday causes the tension within the family to increase significantly. A tragic event involving Umay causes Bahar to question her decision once again.
