He was born on April 1, 1978 in Ankara. He is of Circassian origin. Özder attended middle and high school at Ankara Private Yükseliş College, where he became acquainted with theater. In 1996, he entered the conservatory exams and won Bilkent University theater department with a scholarship and Hacettepe University State Conservatory theater department with a high degree. In 2000, he graduated from the theater department of Ankara State Conservatory and started his professional acting career with BKM. Since 2001, the actress, who has been actively on the theater stages, has achieved great success on television with the role of Lale in the series June Night, which was broadcast on Kanal D between 2004-2006. Princess Cavidan, the princess of steel she portrayed in the series Dudaktan Kalbe, which aired on Show TV between 2007-2009, was the culmination of her television career. The actress, who attracts attention and fame day by day with her success in television and cinema acting, has never given up doing theater and is still working within the City Theaters, where she has been on stage since 2005. She was awarded the Bedia Muvahhit award for her performance as Natasha in the play Three Sisters and was nominated for the Afife Jale and Sadri Alışık awards for the same role. The actress, who was also nominated for the Afife Jale award for her role as Lena in the play Leonce and Lena, later played the character of Emel in the TV series Umutsuz Ev Womanları, which aired on Kanal D and FOX between 2011-2014. According to the script, the character Emel, who was in a coma, was supposed to die, but when the fans of the series sent messages to Özge Özder saying 'We don't want Emel to die' and the number of these messages was quite intense, the character Emel did not die, but came out of the coma and returned to Gül Çıkmazı. The series ended on June 19, 2014. She later played the role of Adile Yarımcalı in the series Kehribar, but the series ended with its 15th episode. She played the character of Perihan for 2 years in the series Umuda Kelepçe Vurulmaz. From 2019 to 2020, she played the character Kıvılcım in the series Mucize Doktor and also guest starred in the 43rd episode with the character Sema in the series Jet Sosyete.
