Biography
Levent Ülgen is a Turkish theater, television, and film actor born on August 8, 1962, in the Cihanbeyli district of Konya. He began his education at Ankara İnönü High School, continued for a time at the Physics Department of Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ), and then pursued theater training at the State Conservatory of Hacettepe University, leading him to acting. Starting his career in theater, Ülgen worked as an actor and director in state theaters. He gained widespread recognition on television for his role as "Kadir" in the series En Son Babalar Duyar, which aired from 2002 to 2006. He subsequently appeared in numerous series and films; he was recognized by younger audiences for his role as "Necmi İplikçi" in the series Kiralık Aşk, which aired from 2015 to 2017. Ülgen continues to appear on screen in the series Kötü Kan, which began in 2024, playing the role of "Burhan Karaoğlu," and as of 2025, he continues his active career with new productions and projects.
