Haldun Boysan was born on July 6, 1958 in Ankara. He graduated from TED Ankara College and Ankara University, Faculty of Language and History-Geography, Department of Theater. He worked at Ankara Art Theater and Istanbul City Theaters. He did voice-overs in English-Turkish dubbing films. In 1999, he won the "Best Supporting Actor Award" at the 11th Ankara International Film Festival for his performance as 'Kamil' in the movie Gemide. Boysan, who is a staunch Beşiktaş fan, serves as a Beşiktaş JK congress member.
